Popular spot near Melbourne CBD - as with the Warmies (inside of the rocks), fish are attracted due to the warm water from the power station. Usually Bream and Snapper here.

Warning: almost all of the fish are contaminated with heavy metals including arsenic and not fit for human consumption. Good spot for catch and release.

I've had better success casting onto the Yarra side than in the Warmies (near the rocks). Last time I was here I caught a fair few Snapper and Leatherjackets. 4 of the 5 Snapper were undersized however.
